Purchase Policy
Deposits and Reservations (please read carefully)
To reserve a puppy, we require a non-refundable $250 deposit. Your paid deposit ensures that you are serious about purchasing one of our puppies and the deposit is deducted from the purchase price of your new puppy. We offer Full Registration ( Breeding rights ) or Pet Only Limited Registration. When the puppy is 8 weeks old, we will contact you with a date to come pick up your puppy. Our puppies leave at 8-10 weeks old. Please do not ask to visit our young pups, we absolutely do not allow visitors to handle our young puppies until they are 8 weeks old. This is so we don't endanger the pups with air-borne viruses such as Parvo or Distemper. If you have not paid in full by the pick up date then we will hold your puppy until the balance is paid. You must have your balance paid before the puppy is 10 weeks old. After this date, we will allow you to transfer your money to a different puppy or, if your heart is set on the puppy you selected, there will be a $75 boarding fee per week to keep your selected puppy after his/her litter mates have gone home.

No Refunds
There will absolutely be no refunds whether its the deposit or full purchase. Our breeding facility is very dependent on our puppy sales and in the past when we have had to issue refunds, it hurts our finances and holds us back. So as of 4/15/2016 there will no refunds whatsoever so please understand this before you make a deposit or purchase.
Transfers
Regardless of which litter you switch to, there will be no refunds. For example: If you spend $1000 on your original puppy, but decide to switch to a puppy that costs $850, the extra $150 will be counted as a convenience fee. If you switch to a litter of greater value, you are responsible for the remainder of the balance.

Pricing
Our prices can range from $1500 to $3500. You can go to our Puppies Available page or Planned Breedings page to see what we have or coming. Our puppies are intended as Family Companions and we strive to give your family a beautiful German shepherd. Your new Guardian puppy will come with a puppy packet that includes his/her AKC registration certificate/application, his/her litter certificate, a small bag of puppy food, a 7 day supply of NuVet Plus, and a sales contract, which details your health and hip guaranty, and shot and health record.
Health Guarantee
Guardian Kennel puppies will go to their new homes when they are 8-10 weeks old. This is to ensure that the puppy's immune system is more developed. He/she will be up-to-date on all puppy shots and de-worming. Your puppies health is very important to us. We will take every precaution necessary to ensure you are getting a 100% healthy puppy. All our puppies will be started on NuVet Plus 100% natural vitamin supplement to help strenghten their immune systems and protect them from many other health issues. We offer a 72 hour health guarantee and a two year and two month, from puppies DOB, replacement puppy guarantee against severe, debilitating hip or elbow dysplasia.
Lifetime Support
We take great pride in our puppies. I will continue to be available for your family and our Guardian babies after you take him/her home. Please know that Guardian German Shepherds will always have a home here at The Guardian Kennel. We know unexpected things can happen in life, but we ask that you contact us first if it becomes necessary to re-home one of our puppies. Remember, our kennel offers lifetime advice and support. Please give us an opportunity to assist you in finding a new family for your puppy. Please don't take one of our babies to an animal shelter or rescue! In some cases we will care for your baby until you can take care of him/her again.
